Abstract

The invention discloses a high-integration and low-cost active phased array radar radio frequency front end. A single microwave multilayer printed board is used as a carrier, and an array antenna, a transceiving component, a down converter, a correction network and a digital control module are simultaneously integrated on a board card, wherein the array antenna is used for receiving and transmitting radio frequency signals, the transceiving component is used for amplifying, shifting and attenuating the transceiving radio frequency signals and switching the transceiving and correction modes, the down converter is used for down-converting and receiving of echo signals, the correction network is used for correcting phase errors of each transceiving channel, and the digital control module is used for finishing the control of amplifiers, switches and phase shifters at all levels in the system. The integrated design scheme is adopted, the structure is simple, the size and the weight of the active phased array radar radio frequency front end are effectively reduced, and the system cost is reduced.
