Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method and an application of a jatropha curcas leaf extract feed additive. The method comprises the following steps of: drying collected fresh jatropha curcas leaves in the shade; preparing the jatropha curcas leaves dried in the shade into jatropha curcas leaf powder; evenly mixing the jatropha curcas leaf powder and ethyl alcohol in a conical flask (a solid-liquid ratio is 1g:40mL) to obtain the mixed liquor of the jatropha curcas leaf and the ethyl alcohol; putting the mixed liquor of the jatropha curcas leaf and the ethyl alcohol in a constant-temperature water bath shaking table at a temperature of 50DEG C, carrying out suction filtration after the mixed liquor is placed for 80min, and then, carrying out centrifugation by a high-speed refrigeratedcentrifuge at a temperature below 4DEG C for 10min, and collecting supernate; and transferring the supernate to a rotary evaporator, and carrying out concentration processing to obtain concentrated concrete. The jatropha curcas leaf extract is used as the feed additive which has an effect similar to an antibiotic feed additive, the antibiotic feed additive can be replaced, livestock is acceleratedto grow, and the intestinal health of the livestock is regulated and controlled.
