The method comprises the following steps: designing the flow isolation type integrated prefabricated pump station; calculating an internal flow field of a submersible sewage pump in the integrated prefabricated pump station by adopting LES, and carrying out test verification; calculating a solid-phase movement track in the integrated prefabricated pump station based on the DPM, and comparing the solid-phase movement track with a test result; establishing a calculation equation of the deposition rate of the particles and the area ratio of the easy-to-deposit area on the surface of the pump pit; taking the minimum deposition rate of the particles, or the minimum area ratio of the easy-to-deposit area on the surface of the pump pit, or the minimum deposition rate of the particles and the minimum area ratio of the easy-to-deposit area on the surface of thepump pit as a target function; through taking the main geometrical parameters of the pump pit as design variables, performing numerical optimization on the pump pit of the flow-isolating integrated prefabricated pump station by means of a response surface method, so that the optimal shape of the flow-isolating pump pit is determined.
