The corn steep liquor drying system comprises a material storage tank, a condenser, a distillation tower and a slicer, wherein a material feeding interface of the condenser communicates with a material conveying interface of the material storage tank so that corn steep liquor in the material storage tank flows into the condenser, an inlet in the top of the distillation tower communicates with a material discharge interface so that the corn steep liquor which flows out of the condenser is conveyed to the distillation tower, and a distillation assembly is arranged in the distillation tower; and the distillation assembly is used for evaporating light components in the corn steep liquor in the distillation tower so as to form first hotsteam, the first hot steam flows through a top outlet of the distillation tower and a steam inlet interface of the condenser to the condenser so that heat exchange of the first hot steam with the cornsteep liquor in the condenser is performed, and heavy components in the corn steep liquor are deposited at the tower bottom of the distillation tower. In the technical scheme, the steam generated bythe corn steep liquor in the condenser is introduced into the distillation tower, and is then conveyed to the condenser for heat exchange with a liquid in the corn steep liquor, not only can the purpose of drying be achieved, but also heat energy can be utilized fully, so that waste of energy is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
