The inner barrel is located on the lower part in the outer barrel, a gap which isused as a down-flow area is arranged between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, the inner barrel is provided with a channel which is used as an up-flow area, the upper part in the outer barrel is provided witha MBR membrane assembly which is located on the front upper part of the inner barrel, a butterfly aerator is arranged in the inner barrel, the lower end of the inner barrel is connected with a lowerwater collection cover, the lower part of the lower water collection cover is provided with a water inlet pipe, the upper end of the butterfly aerator is connected with a fan located outside of the outer barrel, the lower end of the butterfly aerator is connected with a circulating water pump located outside of the outer barrel, the bottom in the outer barrel is provided with a circulating water outlet pipe which is connected with the circulating water pump, a water outlet of the MBR membrane assembly is connected with the water outlet pipe, and the inner barrel is internally provided with anactivated carbon.
