Abstract

The invention discloses a method for studying an action mechanism of Hsa_circ_0111659 in repairing of ESC by WJ-MSCs. According to the method, it is found that the hsa_circ_0111659 plays a positive regulatory role in repairing of injured stromal cells by the WJ-MSCs, and the proliferation of ESC can be reduced and the number of apoptotic cells in ESC can be increased by knocking down the hsa_circ_0111659. A targeting axis, namely the hsa_circ_0111659 / miR-20b-5p / VEGF plays an important role in repair of endometria, and the hsa_circ_0111659 provides a new idea for the repair of endometrial stromal cells.
