Abstract

The method comprises the preparation steps that the nickel iodide (NiI<2>) is dissolved in a solvent, stirring is performed under a heating condition to obtain a sensitive material, the sensitive material is transferred to different substrates, and humidity-sensitive characteristics of the sensitive material are tested. The result indicates that the material has a reversible black-transparent color changing behavior along with humidity changing, and the material shows an electrical sensitive behavior on humidity and also shows excellent sensitive characteristics under low humidity and even ultralow humidity. The dual-modehumidity sensor prepared based on a flexible substrate provided with an interdigital electrode has excellent optical and electrical sensitive characteristics. The sensitivity properties of the devicebasically maintain consistent in a bending or normal state. Through the dual-mode humidity sensor, environment humidity can be detected according to the color of the sensitive material and a sensor impedance change; the dual-mode humidity sensor has the advantages of being simple in production process, environment-friendly and the like; and the dual-mode humidity sensor with the characteristics has a huge application prospect in the wearable field.
