Embodiment Construction

[0020] The present invention provides a method for analyzing the thermal resistance distribution between asphalt pavement layers in different seasons, and the specific implementation steps are as follows:

[0021] (1) Generate an asphalt pavement structure model with a definite gradation for each layer based on discrete element software, use unit particles to form various irregularly shaped blocks as aggregates, and assume that the aggregates inside the asphalt pavement will not break, and the rest of the units Granules as bituminous mortar;

[0022] (2) Use the discrete element thermal analysis module to simulate solar radiation heating the asphalt pavement structure on the road surface, and set the surface of the asphalt pavement as a boundary heat source, ignoring thermal radiation and heat convection, and the heat is only transferred through heat pipes;

[0023] (3) Set the thermophysical parameters and other unit parameters of the unit particle material in the asphalt pav...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for analyzing interlayer thermal resistance distribution conditions of an asphalt pavement in different seasons, and belongs to the technical field of asphalt pavements. The problems that in current research on interlayer thermal resistance distribution of an asphalt pavement structure in different seasons, modeling cannot display pavement particle characteristics,a modeling unit is single, and aggregate contact geometrical characteristics cannot be changed are solved. The method includes: adopting Discrete element software to generate structures of all layersof the asphalt pavement; secondly, setting corresponding boundary conditions, thermophysical parameters of materials in a pavement structure layer and contact among unit particles, and establishing anasphalt pavement structure discrete element model; and finally, simulating solar radiation of pavements in different seasons, heating the asphalt pavement, arranging a heat source on the upper surface of the asphalt pavement structure, conducting heat in the vertical direction until heat transfer in the whole structure is completed, recording temperature information of measuring points between structural layers of the pavement, drawing a temperature comparison diagram in the structural layers in different seasons, and analyzing the thermal resistance distribution condition between the structural layers of the asphalt pavement in different seasons.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for analyzing the thermal resistance distribution between asphalt pavement layers in different seasons, and belongs to the technical field of asphalt pavement. Background technique [0002] In recent years, asphalt pavement, as the main form of road in our country, is the main undertaker in road transportation. However, from the point of view of the use effect, many asphalt pavement has disease problems early, such as cracks, ruts, wrapping and so on. Investigations and studies have shown that the occurrence of asphalt pavement diseases has reasons to follow. In the current asphalt pavement design concept of the elastic layered system, the mechanical parameters of the pavement structure are very important. However, the pavement is a structure exposed to the environment. In addition to the vehicle load, it is also necessary to pay attention to the damage of environmental factors to the pavement structure. Long-term ob...
