The resonance circuit comprises an electrical inductor and an ultrasonic transmitting element, one end of the electrical inductor is electrically connected with the drive circuit body, and the other end ofthe electrical inductor is electrically connected with the ultrasonic transmitting element. The ultrasonic transmitting element is an ultrasonic transmitting element with stray capacitance. The drivecircuit is used for outputting drive signals after amplifying input signals. After the drive signals are subjected to resonance through the electrical inductor and the stray capacitance, electrical signals are generated, and accordingly the ultrasonic transmitting element is triggered to emit ultrasonic waves.
