The preparation method includes: firstly, mixing epoxy resin and amino polyester uniformly, then sequentially adding the self-luminous material,polyisocyanate, the amine curing agent and the curing accelerator into the mixture under stirring, simultaneously adding the diluent to adjust the viscosity, mixing the substances uniformly, and thenperforming standing for 10min-20min to obtain a mixed polyester component; and then, taking aggregate, filler and modified asphalt, performing heating to 150DEG C-180DEG C, mixing the substances uniformly, performing cooling to 80DEG C or below, adding the mixed polyester component and carborundum, and mixing the substances uniformly to obtain the self-luminous asphalt pavement material.
