The invention provides a preparation method of a graphene-carbonized fiber composite sponge, and belongs to the field of chemistry. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing experimentalmaterials and instruments; (2) mixing graphene oxide with graphene oxide nanobelts in deionized water according to a mass ratio of 1:1 to prepare a solution with a corresponding concentration; (3) adding the solution into a beaker (or a container with any shape), freezing the solution in the cold well of a freeze dryer for 24 h or more, and then performing vacuumizing and freeze-drying for 48 h;and (4) taking out a graphene oxide-graphene oxide nanobelt composite sponge from a mold, and reducing the graphene oxide-graphene oxide nanobelt composite sponge in hydrazine hydrate steam at 90 DEGC for 24 h. The method is beneficial to improving the strength of the graphene sponge.
