Abstract

The invention discloses a guide wire guided double-layer saccule catheter for chemical ablation of a blood vessel. The catheter comprises a catheter body and a double-layer saccule arranged along theaxial direction of the external wall of the catheter body, wherein the internal cavity of the catheter body is separated into a guide wire guiding passage, a saccule filling passage and a drug administration passage, which are independent of one another, along a radial direction; and the double-layer saccule comprises an inner-layer saccule and an outer-layer saccule which coat each other, an external cavity is formed between the inner-layer saccule and the outer-layer saccule after the inner-layer saccule and the outer-layer saccule are dilated, and the outer-layer saccule is of a loose porous structure and is uniformly and densely covered with micropores. After saccule dilatation, drugs are fed to the external cavity through the drug administration passage, enter the surface of the saccule through the micropores, are in contact with an endothelium of a target blood vessel and accurately destroy the wall of the target blood vessel; and in case of treating the same target blood vessel,compared with the traditional chemical destruction or thermal ablation, the catheter has the advantages that normal blood ingredients can be greatly reduced, and the dosage of the drugs is lowered.
