Problems solved by technology

The D-A system de-crosslinks at a certain temperature, and the crosslink density is zero. Therefore, after the D-A system reaches this temperature, the viscosity drops sharply, which brings certain difficulties to repeated processing.
In addition, there are very few cross-linked elastomers based on the D-A reaction, and the designability is poor

Embodiment 1

[0042] (1) Rubber mixing: take 100g epoxy natural (epoxy degree 50%), adjust the roll distance of the open mill to 0.5mm, keep the roll temperature at 50°C, and the front and rear speed ratio of the roll is 1:1.4. Plasticize three times on the Φ160×320 double-roller mill, then adjust the roller distance of the mill to 0.8mm to cover the rubber roll, add 0.88g of cross-linking accelerator 1,2-dimethylimidazole, cut the knife twice, Add 1.8g of cross-linking agent sebacic acid, cut twice, and finally add 0.84g of transesterification catalyst anhydrous zinc acetate, make six triangular bags and six rolls alternately, so that the small materials can be evenly dispersed, and then take out the tablet.

[0043] (2) Vulcanization: vulcanize on a flat vulcanizer, and press it into a vulcanized rubber sample with a thickness of 1mm under the conditions of 15MPa pressure and 180°C. The vulcanization time is 40min.

[0044] (3) Secondary tableting: heat-press the stretched and broken rub...

Embodiment 2

[0046] The difference from Example 1 is the type and dosage of the cross-linking agent. In this embodiment, the cross-linking agent is adipic acid, and the dosage is 0.1 phr. Other techniques and consumption are identical with embodiment 1.

Embodiment 3

[0048] Different from Example 1, the type of rubber and the amount of crosslinking agent, in this embodiment, the epoxy functionalized rubber is epoxidized EPDM rubber (epoxy degree 7%), and the amount of crosslinking agent is 15phr. Other techniques and consumption are identical with embodiment 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses an epoxy functionalized rubber crosslinked elastomer with repeatable processability and a preparation method of the elastomer. The epoxy functionalized crosslinked elastomer isprepared by performing mixing and vulcanization on the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts by weight of epoxy functionalized rubber; 0.1-15 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent;0-15 parts by weight of a cross-linking accelerator; and 0.1-100 parts by weight of a transesterification catalyst. The preparation method comprises the following step: performing mixing and vulcanization on the components according to the use amounts to obtain the epoxy functionalized crosslinked elastomer with the repeatable processability. According to the elastomer, a cross-linking system withdynamic chemical bonds is formed, a bond exchange reaction can be performed under thermal excitation, so that the topological structure of the rubber is changed, and the macroscopically cross-linkedrubber can flow, and has the repeatable processability; and in addition, the novel and simple cross-linking system is green and environmentally friendly, and does not produce irritating odor or sulfurized flue gas in the vulcanization process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of rubber, and more specifically relates to a reprocessable epoxy functionalized rubber cross-linked elastomer and a preparation method. The novel cross-linking method can make the cross-linked elastomer have repeatability. Background technique [0002] my country is the largest consumer of rubber. In 2010, the consumption of raw rubber in my country exceeded 6 million tons, the GDP of rubber raw materials was about 100 billion yuan, and the GDP of the rubber product processing industry was close to 400 billion yuan. Nevertheless, my country’s rubber imports are still large, and the self-sufficiency rate of natural rubber is lower than 25%, and its production increase has been severely restricted by the regional climate; the self-sufficiency rate of synthetic rubber is about 60%, and its development is strongly restricted due to its dependence on oil resources . On the other hand, my country is the world's l...
