Abstract

The invention discloses a one-bath one-step dyeing method for wool / cationic dyeable polyester fabric, which comprises the steps: (1) immersing wool / cationic dyeable polyester fabric in a pretreatmentsolution, performing pretreatment for 10-60 min at normal temperature, and then carrying out pickling; (2) immersing the pretreated fabric in a dye liquor containing a cationic dye and an acid dye, wherein pH of the dye liquor is 3-7, and dyeing both wool fiber and cationic dyeable polyester fiber at the temperature of 80-100 DEG C for 20-70 min; and (3) washing the dyed fabric at room temperature. On one hand, the cationic easy-to-dye polyester fiber is adopted, so that the cationic easy-to-dye polyester fiber and wool can be dyed by the one-bath one-step method at 100 DEG C and below, and good hand feeling of fabric can be guaranteed; on the other hand, a special pretreatment temperature is adopted, the one-bath one-step method can obtain a better dyeing effect, and the fastness of the fabric can reach higher than grade 4 under the condition of not needing color fixation.
