Abstract

Through applying the methods such as physical freeze thawing, decontaminant eluting and enzymic digestion, according to the obtained periosteum decellularization biological scaffold, cells are removed thoroughly, a structure and main components of the extracellular matrix are reserved in good conditions, the biocompatibility is favorable, and the rejection reaction is effectively reduced.
