The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a secondary battery, comprising: a first measuring unit for photographing unit cells which are continuously conveyed, each unit cell having a first electrode and a second electrode that have opposite polarities, and for measuring a position of the first electrode having a larger size than that of the second electrode in the photographed image of the unit cell; and a first disposing unit for disposing the unit cells having passed through the first measuring unit at a predetermined position of a separating sheet, wherein a gap between the unit cells disposed in the separating sheet is adjusted on the basis of the first electrode measured by the first measuring unit.
