Abstract

The converter comprises a dielectric substrate, a receiving layer located at one side of the dielectric substrate and an emitting layer located at the other side of the dielectric substrate. The receiving layer comprises a first receiving plate and a second receiving plate which are arranged in parallel; the emitting layer comprises a first emitting plate and a second emitting plate which are arranged in parallel; the dielectric substrate is provided with a first metal via hole and a second metal via hole.The first receiving plate and the first emitting plate are vertically arranged and are connected through the first metal via hole in the dielectric substrate, the second receiving plate and the second emitting plate are vertically arranged and are connected through the second metal via hole in the dielectric substrate, and the receiving layer, the dielectric substrate and the emitting layer are equivalent to an LC resonance unit. The current situation that the overall efficiency of electromagnetic energy collection of an existing polarization converter is generally low is improved, and the polarization conversion efficiency is greatly improved.
