A hot flue gas inlet of a boiler is separately connectedto a hot flue gas main road and a hot flue gas bypass. According to the method for heating primary air and condensation water by using bypass heat, the hot flue gas of the boiler entering into the hotflue gas bypass flows through a baffle door of a bypass flue, a water supplying heat exchanger, a high temperature tube shell type primary air heater, a condensation water heat exchanger and a low temperature tube shell type primary air heater successively to release heat and is converted into bypass cold flue gas, and the bypass cold flue gas flows out through a cold flue gas bypass.
