When tensile force on the wire harnesses exceeds the allowable tensile value, the wire harnesses can be automatically released to prevent the wire harnesses from being damaged. The intelligent vision detection system includes an intelligent camera and a strip light source, and is used for detecting pack missing of the wire harness cladding and judging the position of the fulcrum. The intelligent camera is arranged on the end effector and is used for collecting image information on the wiring board.
