Problems solved by technology

[0005] The present invention can solve the problem that when the existing equipment purifies the printing and dyeing wastewater, it usually adopts the method of direct filtration, which leads to poor purification effect and low efficiency of the waste liquid, and more impurities remain in the purified waste liquid, and When the existing equipment purifies the printing and dyeing wastewater, it cannot remove the impurities inside the filter pad in a timely and effective manner. As a result, after a long period of use, the inside of the filter pad is filled with a large amount of filter impurities, which causes secondary pollution of the waste liquid by the filter impurities. Difficulties affecting the purification effect of wastewater

Abstract

The invention relates to a pollution discharge and purification treatment process for printing and dyeing wastewater. An apparatus used in the process comprises a fixed frame, a feeding device and a purifying device, wherein the fixed frame is of a U-shaped structure; the feeding device is installed at the inner upper end of the fixed frame; and the purifying device is arranged below the feeding device. The process of the invention can overcome the following problem in the prior art: during treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater with conventional equipment, a direct filtering mode is normally adopted for treatment, which leads to poor waste liquid purification effect, low efficiency and a large number of remaining impurities in the purified waste liquid; and when the conventional equipment is used for purifying printing and dyeing wastewater, impurities in a filter pad cannot be effectively removed in time, so after long-time use, the filter pad is filled with a large number of filter impurities which cause secondary pollution to waste liquid and affects wastewater purification effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, in particular to a printing and dyeing wastewater discharge purification treatment process. Background technique [0002] Printing and dyeing wastewater is wastewater discharged from cotton, hemp, chemical fiber and their blended products, silk-based printing and dyeing, wool dyeing and finishing, and silk factories. The types of fibers and processing techniques are different, and the water volume and quality of printing and dyeing wastewater are also different. Printing and dyeing wastewater has the characteristics of large water volume, high content of organic pollutants, high alkalinity, and large changes in water quality. It is one of the difficult industrial wastewater to treat. Wastewater contains Dyes, pastes, additives, oils, acids and bases, fiber impurities, sand substances, inorganic salts, etc. [0003] At present, the existing equipment usually has the followi...
