Example Embodiment

[0028] The method for cultivating Chlorella using sludge anaerobic digestion solution of the present invention is as follows figure 1 As shown, the remaining sludge discharged from the secondary settling tank of the municipal sewage treatment plant is digested after anaerobic digestion. The suspended matter is removed through pretreatment to obtain sludge anaerobic fermentation broth, sludge anaerobic fermentation broth and secondary effluent Mix and adjust the concentration to obtain pretreated wastewater; then enter the photobioreactor for chlorella cultivation, and finally separate the chlorella and purified sewage through an algae liquid membrane separator. The specific control process is as follows.

[0029] (1) Wastewater pretreatment

[0030] The total suspended solids concentration (TSS) content of sludge anaerobic digestion solution is as high as 2000mg / L. Such a high concentration of suspended matter will block the microalgae from absorbing light, significantly reduce t...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for culturing chlorella by using sludge anaerobic digestion liquid. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1), removing suspended mattersfrom digestion liquid generated by anaerobic digestion of residual sludge drained by a secondary sedimentation tank through pretreatment to obtain sludge anaerobic fermentation liquid, and mixing thesludge anaerobic fermentation liquid with secondary effluent to perform concentration regulation to obtain pretreated wastewater; (2), carrying out habituated culturing on algae growing in an artificial culture medium in pretreated wastewater obtained in the step (1) and carrying out habituated culturing continuously at a proper light intensity and temperature; and (3), carrying out photobioreactor culturing and carrying out temperature control, hydraulic retention time control, pH control and CO2 aeration control. With the provided method, wastewater recycling is realized. On the one hand, the chlorella is used as an excellent biomass diesel raw material and resources are recycled; on the other hand, the wastewater is treated in a low-energy-consumption mode, the environment is protected. The method has main advantages of wastewater purification, nutrient element recycling, greenhouse gas capturing, oil-rich microalgae biomass harvesting and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for cultivating chlorella by utilizing sludge anaerobic digestion liquid, and belongs to the technical field of microalgae cultivation. Background technique [0002] Oil-producing microalgae are considered to be the third-generation biomass energy technology after ethanol production from cellulose because of their fast growth rate, short growth cycle, high oil and biomass yield, and significant environmental benefits. However, the cultivation process of microalgae needs to consume a large amount of water resources and various nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, resulting in its production cost more than ten times that of traditional fossil fuels, which hinders its large-scale commercial application. Urban domestic sewage has a huge amount of water and is easy to collect in a centralized manner. It is a potentially available water resource and source of nutrients for large-scale cultivation of oil-prod...
