Thus, it can be known that the influence rules of heavy metal on the ETS and the removing effect of pollutants are identical, and thus activity of the ETS can effectively represent the biochemical reaction process.

The problem that the culture quantity of bacteria cannot be controlled when the bacteria are cultured and propagated is solved.
