Embodiment Construction

[0039] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described here are only used to explain the present invention, not to limit the present invention.

[0040] refer to Figure 4 to Figure 7 ,Such as Figure 4 to Figure 7 As shown, an optical detection system adopting a multi-lens switching structure is composed of three major units: an incident light unit 1 , a reflected light unit 2 , and an object stage 3 . The incident light unit 1 and the reflected light unit 2 are fixed on the same plane and arranged symmetrically. The optical axis of the incident light unit 1 intersects with the optical axis of the reflected light unit 2 to form a plane parallel to the plane on which the incident light unit 1 and the reflected light unit 2 are fixed. The ...

Abstract

The invention discloses an optical detection system adopting a multi-lens switching structure, and relates to a surface plasmon resonance optical detection system. The system mainly comprises an incident light unit, a reflected light unit and an objective table. The incident light unit and the reflected light unit are arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode; and change of an incident angle and a reflection angle is achieved through an angle sliding table or a rotary sliding table behind the incident light unit and the reflected light unit. According to the invention, the optical decomposition energy of SPR detection can be greatly improved, and the switching between various amplification power can be realized as required; micron-scale real-time surface plasmon resonance analysis and detection on a two-dimensional plane can be realized, and optical axis offset and aberration caused by angle change can be effectively corrected, so that detection errors can be reduced; and time variation ofreflectance at a specific angle may be used as a collection signal, and the specific angle may be set by calculating maximum difference of a resonance angle function curve of surface plasmon resonance. Therefore, the sensitivity is higher.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a surface plasmon resonance optical detection system, in particular to a two-dimensional micron-scale surface plasmon resonance optical detection system adopting a multi-lens switching structure. Background technique [0002] Currently, Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) is an optical physical phenomenon. Using SPR as an optical physical phenomenon can realize real-time observation of surface phenomena such as molecular binding and film formation, and can provide high-sensitivity and high-selectivity non-specific binding signals. In the current SPR detection instruments on the market, the prism coupling structure mostly adopts the Kretschmann structure. When the incident angle is greater than a certain value, the light emitted by the laser light source is totally reflected on the surface of the prism, and the light is irradiated to the optical sensitive device after the total reflection. The signal acquisition is completed. At p...
