Problems solved by technology

Due to the stickiness of sticky fish eggs, the fertilized eggs often adhere to the inner wall of the pool randomly, and are easily eaten by big fish, and are difficult to collect and transfer to special hatching tanks for high-efficiency incubation, which affects the production efficiency of artificial breeding

Embodiment

[0038] A method of artificial oxytocin of the present invention-natural mating and fertilization-embryo buoyant flowing water hatching comprises the following steps:

[0039] (1) Artificial induction: During the 2018 breeding season, we fished with nets, selected mature gonads (female parent fish with soft and swollen abdomen and male parent fish that can lightly squeeze out milky white semen), and induced labor on them. Inject the mixed oxytocic agent of luteinizing hormone releasing hormone analog (9ug / kg) and chorionic gonadotropin (500IU / kg) to the root to induce labor, and the needle is directed towards the abdomen, and intraperitoneal injection is carried out. In the gills, inject the male parent fish first, and then inject the female parent fish after 3 hours;

[0040] (2) Natural mating and fertilization: the female parent fish and the male parent parent fish after the artificial induced labor are put into the same induced labor net cage in the round pond, and the fert...

Abstract

The invention discloses an artificial spawning induction-natural mating fertilization-floating running water embryo hatching method for fishes. The method comprises the following steps: 1) oxytocin isinjected into parent fishes with well-developed gonads for artificial spawning induction; 2) the parent fishes with the oxytocin injected are placed into a net cage containing attachments until the parent fishes heat to chase one another and carry out natural spawning and fertilization on attachments; and 3) attached fertilized roes are transferred to a main hatching tank for floating running water embryo hatching. Compared with traditional artificial fertilization and hatching, the method significantly increases the hatching rate of fertilized roes of fishes and the survival rate after the fertilized roes are put into a pond, reduces the loss of parent fishes, decreases the labor cost, is applicable to continuous hatching culture of viscous roes and facilitates improvement of productionefficiency of artificial culture of fishes. The method provides a new mode for genetic breeding work of fishes and has important significance in genetic breeding of fishes.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of fish reproduction, and in particular relates to a method for artificial induced labor-natural mating and fertilization-embryo floating water hatching. Background technique [0002] There are more than 32,000 species of fish in nature, which is the most diverse among vertebrates. Fish is rich in protein, vitamins and essential minerals, and also contains a large amount of essential amino acids, which is an important protein source for human beings. Most of these proteins come from artificial breeding, and the artificial breeding of fish is a crucial part of this. [0003] At present, artificial breeding of fish is mostly the traditional method of artificial oxytocin-artificial dry / wet insemination-hatching. The estrus time of parent fish after induced labor is closely related to the maturity of fish gonads, the dose of oxytocin, and the water temperature. The estrus time is uncertain; it is often necessa...
