Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of biology, in particular to purpose of resveratrol and an in vitro activation primordial follicle reagent and method. Resveratrol is used for treating ovary cortex tissue, and besides, activating key protein of two signal channels of AKT and mTOR, and also the effect of promoting the SIRT1 level. When the ovary cortex tissue is cultured in an activating culture solution containing resveratrol, dormant primordial follicles can be awakened in vitro, and then surgerical transplantation can be performed. The resveratrol is a natural substance which isrich in human foods of wine and the like, and toxic and side effects of the resveratrol on organisms are not reported, so that feasibility and safety of the resveratrol for IVA are worth affirmation and are even better than those of conventional IVA medicines. Besides, the resveratrol can improve the efficiency when the primordial follicles are applied to IVA, namely that in vitro activation timecan be shortened to 30 minutes, and besides, a patient only needs a single-time surgery, so that pain, surgery fees and the like of the patient can be greatly reduced.
