Abstract

The system monitors feeding and discharging concentrations, flow and feeding temperature in the evaporation process in real time. The value of feed flow is fed back and adjusted by adopting a rule-based reasoning method according to the discharging concentration; feedforward adjustment on the value of the feed flow is performed by adopting the rule-based reasoning method according to the boundary condition changes of the feeding temperature and the feeding concentration; and the feed flow is adjusted by controlling an electric control valve through a basic control loop, so the intelligent setting control of the aluminum oxide evaporation system is realized.
