During planned off-grid operation, the energy management system sends an off-grid operation instruction, the energy storage converter acts after receiving the instruction to enable the voltage frequency and the phase angle of the alternating current side to be consistent with those of the power grid, and thenthe energy storage converter sends an instruction to the PCC quick switch to enable the distributed power generation system to be separated from the power grid. During non-planned off-grid operation,the energy storage converter sends an instruction within a first preset time after detecting a power grid fault, so that the PCC quick switch is switched off within a second preset time. The method comprises an independent operation strategy, a reverse power protection strategy, a demand control strategy, a peak clipping and valley filling strategy and a load tracking strategy.
