A wind generating set, an alkaline electrolytic cell, a fuel cell and a super capacitor are respectively coupled to a direct current bus through bidirectional DC / DC, and the direct current bus is connected to a power grid through a DC / AC inverter; the wind generating set converts wind energy intoelectric energy and transmits the electric energy to the direct-current bus in real time, and if wind power output is greater than the load requirement, the remaining electric energy is transmitted to the electrolytic cell to electrolyze water, and generated hydrogen is stored in a hydrogen storage tank; and if the wind power output is less than the load demand, the fuel cell takes hydrogen as fuel to generate electric energy and transmits the electric energy to the direct-current bus. The electrolytic cell and the fuel cell are used as energy type units, and the super capacitor is adopted tostabilize fluctuation caused by delay response of the electrolytic cell and the fuel cell in the system.
