Problems solved by technology

The main problems in the current research on liquid band-aids are that the preparation process of liquid band-aids is complicated, there are few types of film-forming materials, and the film-forming properties of film-forming materials are not good [Liu Haixia, Zhang Aijun, Zhang Lin. Research progress on liquid band-aids[J] .Chinese Medical Science, 2016,6(4):28-31]
Patent CN105363066A discloses a liquid band-aid made of PVB, PVP, ethanol, ethyl acetate, and glycerin, but the film-forming time of the obtained liquid band-aid is 2 to 3 minutes, and the film-forming time is too long, which is not conducive to the hemostasis of the wound

Abstract

The invention discloses a rapid film-forming liquid bandage containing a pseudo-ginseng extracting solution. Experiments show that when the pseudo-ginseng extracting solution is added into the formulaof the liquid bandage, the film-forming property can be remarkably improved, the film-forming time is greatly shortened, and meanwhile, the plasma recalcification time is also greatly shortened. Theliquid bandage is prepared by mixing PVB-180S, PVA, castor oil, amyl acetate, butyl acetate, ethanol, peppermint oil and the pseudo-ginseng extracting solution. According to the invention, the film-forming materials are reasonably compounded; by adding the pseudo-ginseng extracting solution, the prepared liquid bandage can greatly shorten the plasma recalcification time and promote wound hemostasis, and the prepared liquid bandage can be rapidly diffused, rapidly dried and formed into a breathable and waterproof elastic protective film, so that the wound surface is instantly sealed, and woundinfection and bacterial invasion are prevented.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical supplies, in particular to a rapid film-forming liquid band-aid containing a panax notoginseng extract. Background technique [0002] Band-aid is the most commonly used surgical drug in people's life. The traditional band-aid is a long adhesive plaster with gauze soaked in medicine in the middle, so as to protect the wound and temporarily stop bleeding. Traditional band-aids are suitable for superficial wounds, neat and clean wounds, little bleeding and small wounds that do not require sutures. Compared with traditional band-aids, liquid band-aids are not only more effective, waterproof, and more breathable, but also have no shape restrictions on the wound, just apply directly to the wound, non-greasy, non-stick to clothing, free movement, clean and dry. The liquid band-aid is easy to use, has a wide range of applications, and has great development value. [0003] Liquid bandage (1liquid bandage...
