Embodiment 1
[0040] 1. Experimental Design
[0041] A total of 120 invasive PTC patients and 120 non-invasive PTC patients from the head and neck surgery of Nanjing Medical University Affiliated Cancer Hospital from 2014 to 2018 were included in the present invention. The study was conducted in accordance with the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki (5th revision, October 2000) and was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University. Written informed consent was provided by all study participants. These patients were all newly diagnosed patients. Postoperative pathology confirmed papillary thyroid carcinoma. Each tissue specimen was stored in liquid nitrogen, and blood samples were stored in a -80 °C freezer. Each blood sample was placed in an EDTA-anticoagulant tube, centrifuged at 800g at room temperature for 10 minutes to separate plasma, followed by high-speed centrifugation at 10,000g at room temperature for 15 minutes ...
