Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of automobile exhaust treatment and particularly discloses a non-air-assisted urea pump adopting a novel reversing valve and application thereof. The urea pump comprises the novel reversing valve and a diaphragm pump, wherein the novel reversing valve comprises a first electromagnetic valve and a second electromagnetic valve which are the same in structure, eachelectromagnetic valve comprises a static iron core, a first through hole, a coil, an armature, a spring, a second through hole and a third through hole, the center of the static iron core is providedwith the first through hole, the coil is sleeved outside the static iron core, the armature is arranged at a lower end of the static iron core, an upper part of the armature is connected with the spring, a bottom end of the electromagnetic valve is provided with the second through hole and the third through hole, a liquid inlet end of the diaphragm pump is connected with the second through hole ofthe first electromagnetic valve, and a liquid outlet end of the diaphragm pump is connected with the second through hole of the second electromagnetic valve. The urea pump is advantaged in that the armature and a valve element are integrally designed, the armature, namely the valve element, is controlled by the coil and the spring to do linear motion in the vertical direction, so conversion of the flow direction of urea solution is achieved, and the urea pump is compact in structure and smooth in motion.
