According to the wet-skid-resistant thermoplastic elastomer for the power-assisted tire and the preparation method thereof disclosed in the invention, the above raw materials are compounded,a prepared thermoplastic elastic material is resistant to high temperature and excellent in use fatigue performance; more importantly, the prepared thermoplastic elastic material is excellent in wetskid resistance; since the epoxidized rubber and the nitrile rubber are selected, the wet skid resistance of the material is ensured, the material has excellent wear resistance and excellent fatigue resistance, ensures driving safety when applied to tires, and has wet skid resistance equivalent to the wet skid resistance of a pneumatic tire; the plasticizer is not added, so the heat resistance ofthe material is improved; and the anti-UV agent is added, so the ozone resistance of the material is improved.
