An example result shows that a phase change heat storage and energy storage device and a water storage and energy storage device realize themaximized in-situ consumption of excessive photovoltaics, reduce affects of photovoltaic delivery to the stability of a power distribution network and prove the reasonability of a scheduling controlmodel.
