Problems solved by technology

Ingrown nails have brought great inconvenience and pain to people
[0003] Ingrown toenail is a foot disease that seriously affects the quality of life of patients, but because its formation mechanism is still clear, the treatment of ingrown toenail is still controversial, and the treatment effect is not satisfactory
The existing models of toenails are mainly plate-shell models and small-strain models, which do not involve the growth mechanism of soft tissues, and cannot reflect the coupling effect of the nail plate and nail folds

Abstract

The invention belongs to the related technical field of ingrown nails, and discloses a biomechanics-based ingrown nail prediction method, which comprises the following steps of: (1) determining a strain energy function and a growth driving equation of a nail wrinkle so as to construct a nail wrinkle growth model; constructing a deck reconstruction model based on a bone adaptive growth theory, wherein the nail wrinkle growth model and the deck reconstruction model form a material model of the toenail and the deck reconstruction model takes the strain energy density as mechanical excitation; (2)determining materials and growth parameters of the toenails based on the sample data of the toenails, constructing a toenail three-dimensional model, and adding the material model into the toenail three-dimensional model to obtain a toenail finite element model; and (3) inputting the parameters of the toenail to be predicted into the finite element model of the toenail, and simulating the growthprocess of the toenail by the finite element model of the toenail based on the received parameter data so as to realize prediction of the ingrown nail. The coupling effect of the deck and the nail wrinkle is considered, and the accuracy is high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field related to nail intrusion, and more specifically relates to a biomechanical nail intrusion prediction method. Background technique [0002] In layman's terms, ingrown toenails are toenails that grow into the flesh. One of the reasons for ingrown toenails is the bad habit of trimming toenails. People usually trim toenails into circular arcs in order to adapt to the shape of the toe belly. Trim the sides of the nail too deep and too low. If you wear a pair of pointed shoes at this time, the nail groove tissue will be squeezed towards the toenail, eventually leading to ingrown nails. Ingrown nails have brought great inconvenience and pain to people. [0003] Ingrown toenail is a foot disease that seriously affects the quality of life of patients. However, because its formation mechanism is still clear, the treatment of ingrown toenail is still controversial, and the treatment effect is not satisfactory. The ...
