Abstract

A plurality of oscillating heat pipe flow channels arranged axially are machined inside a grinding wheel body. The oscillating heat pipe flow channels are connected end to end through communicating flow channels in sequence to form a closed S-shaped oscillating heat pipe structure. The lower end of the grinding wheel body is provided with an end cap cavity. The oscillating heat pipe structure communicates with a liquid filling hole through a liquid filling groove. The liquid filling hole is formed in the cavity bottom of the end cap cavity. An end cap can be inserted into the end cap cavity to seal the liquid filling hole. The oscillating heat pipe structure is vacuumized, and a cooling medium which the oscillating heat pipe flow channels are not full of is filled into the oscillating heat pipe structure, so that the lower portions of the oscillating heat pipe flow channels are filled with the cooling medium, and the upper portions of the oscillating heat pipe flow channels are empty.
