The invention further provides a preparation method of the composite hernia patch. The method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing developer-doped polypropylene; 2) preparing polylactic acid / polypropylene skin-core structure fibers, and performing weaving to obtain the substrate; 3) preparing drug-loadedmicrospheres of an antibacterial drug, a hemostatic drug and an anesthetic drug; 4) preparing the drug-loaded slow-release layer through electrostatic spinning; and 5) performing hot pressing to obtain the finished product.
