The invention relates to an extracting method of Malus halliana Koehne flower polysaccharides. The extracting method includes the steps of firstly, crushing Malus halliana Koehne flowers, sequentially using petroleum ether and 70+/-5% ethanol to extract the crushed Malus halliana Koehne flowers under normal temperature, filtering, drying residues, extracting with distilled water, performing vacuum concentration on filtrate, performing alcohol precipitation, drying precipitate, dissolving with distilled water, using an Sevag method to remove protein, performing vacuum concentration on obtained supernate, performing alcohol precipitation again, drying precipitate, dissolving with distilled water, performing dialysis, and performing freeze drying to obtain crude polysaccharides; secondly, dissolving the crude polysaccharides with distilled water, feeding to a DEAE-52 chromatographic column, performing gradient elution with 0.0 mol/L NaCl, 0.1 mol/L NaCl and 0.2 mol/L NaCl, collecting and combining solutions with the same component, performing vacuum concentration, performing dialysis, and performing freeze drying; dissolving with distilled water again, feeding to a Sephadex G-100 chromatographic column, eluting with distilled water, combining solutions with the same component, performing vacuum concentration, and performing freeze drying to obtain the Malus halliana Koehne flower polysaccharides. Coagulation tests show that the Malus halliana Koehne flower polysaccharides have certain in-vitro coagulation-promoting activity and can be used as potential hemostatic medicine.
