Abstract

The incineration system comprises a low-temperature incineration unit, a high-temperature incineration unit and a quench unit that are connected in sequence, wherein the high-temperature incineration unit and the quench unit are integrally arranged, the incineration temperature of the low-temperature incineration unit is less than 700 DEG C, the incineration temperature of the high-temperature incineration unit is greater than 1100 DEG C, and the flue gas residence time is greater than orequal to 2s. The invention adopts low-temperature and high-temperature two-section incineration technology that the low-temperature section avoids the melting-point temperature range of inorganic salts, decomposes and burns other organic substances, and discharges most of the solid salt at the same time; the high-temperature section is fully burned and the remaining inorganic salts are melted tobe able to effectively treat the high-salt wastewater; the high-temperature incineration unit and the quench unit are integrated arranged, and the interface process is short to reduce the possibilityof molten salt clogging; and the design of a marble wall and a water curtain wall in a quench tower of the quench unit avoids the adhesion of molten salt on the wall of the quench tower to enable themolten salt crystals to fall off smoothly.
