Abstract

The invention discloses a method for manufacturing slope greening ecological building blocks by using building mud. The building block comprises the building mud, a slow-release organic fertilizer, awater-retaining agent, water glass, stones, sand, synthetic fibers and ecological bags with grass seeds. The building block is prepared from, by weight, 50%-70% of the building mud, 2%-5% of the slow-release organic fertilizer, 5%-10% of the water-retaining agent, 3%-6% of the water glass, 5%-10% of the stones, 10%-15% of the sand and the balance of the synthetic fibers, and the sum of the weightpercentages of all the components is 100%. The method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing and stirring the building mud, the slow-release organic fertilizer, the water-retaining agent,the water glass, the stones, the sand and the synthetic fibers; (2) putting the mixture into a mold, and pre-pressing for 5-15 seconds under the pressure of 1-2 MPa; (3) demolding a pre-pressed building block, and maintaining for 24 hours under the conditions that the humidity is greater than or equal to 90% and the temperature is 30-40 DEG C; and (4) putting the maintained building block into the ecological bags with grass seeds. The method can solve the problem of treatment of the waste mud, and achieves the goal of resource utilization.
