Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of marine environment investigation, and particularly relates to an in-situ extraction, enrichment and sampling device and an in-situ extraction, enrichment and sampling method applied to organic pollutants in seawater. The in-situ extraction, enrichment and sampling device for organic pollutants in seawater comprises a sample extraction and enrichmentunit, a sample feeding unit, a drainage unit, a pressure balance unit, a sample elution unit, a sample transfer unit and a control circuit board assembly, wherein the sample feeding unit, the drainageunit, the pressure balance unit, the sample elution unit and the sample transfer unit are all connected with the sample extraction and enrichment unit, and all the units complete sample feeding, extraction and enrichment of the organic pollutants in seawater under the control of the control circuit board assembly. According to the device and the method, multiple times of sample feeding are adopted, so that the enrichment multiple of the target pollutants is increased. After each time of sample feeding, nanoparticles are fully contacted and mixed with a seawater sample through stirring, so that the extraction efficiency is improved, and the underwater in-situ extraction, enrichment and sampling of the organic pollutants are realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of marine environment investigation, and in particular relates to an in-situ extraction and enrichment sampling device and method applied to seawater organic pollutants. Background technique [0002] Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs for short) are a class of persistent organic pollutants widely present in the environment with two or more benzene rings. Organic pollutants in the marine environment mainly come from oil spills, sewage discharges, atmospheric deposition, and surface runoff. These pollutants are easy to accumulate in marine organisms such as fish and shellfish, and eventually affect human health through the food chain. In recent years, with the aggravation of marine pollution, the monitoring of PAHs has attracted more and more attention. [0003] At present, the monitoring of organic pollutant pollution in water bodies is mainly based on in-situ sensor monitoring and investigation sampling...
