Abstract

The invention discloses sampling liquid and a sampling method of DNA viruses in aerosol. The sampling liquid comprises first storing liquid, second storing liquid, third storing liquid, fourth storingliquid, fifth storing liquid, and sixth storing liquid, wherein the first storing liquid is Tris saturated phenol of which the pH is 8.0-8.5, the second storing liquid is a mixed solution of chloroform and isoamyl alcohol in the volume ratio being 24 to 1, the third storing liquid is a beta-mercaptoethanol aqueous solution of which the mass concentration is 0.2-1%, the fourth storing liquid is apolyvinylpyrrolidone aqueous solution of which the mass concentration is 10%, the fifth storing liquid is an ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid aqueous solution of which the molar concentration is 1M, and the sixth storing liquid is a low-melting-point agarose aqueous solution of which the concentration is 19g / L. The sampling liquid provided by the invention can enable the DNA viruses in the aerosolto be inactivated, nucleic acid of the viruses is released to the sampling liquid, and operation risks of researchers in a sampling and detection process can be reduced.
