Abstract

The invention provides a manufacturing method of a steam generator forge piece for a sodium-cooled fast reactor. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that a steel ingot raw materialis selected; the selected steel ingot raw material is smelted; the smelted steel ingot raw material is forged into the forge piece for forming a main body of the steam generator by using a forging process; heat treatment is carried out on the forge piece; and physical and chemical tests are carried out on the forge piece subjected to heat treatment, wherein the step that the smelted steel ingot raw material is forged into the forge piece for forming the main body of the steam generator by using the forging process comprises the step of carrying out a free forging process and a moulding bed forging process on the smelted steel ingot raw material. According to the manufacturing method of the steam generator forge piece, the forge piece which is complex in structure and can meet the environment requirement of the sodium-cooled fast reactor can be manufactured, so that a basic guarantee is provided for research, development and use of the sodium-cooled fast reactor steam generator.
