The method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a mesenchymal stem cell preparation; S2, dividing treatment of viral infection patients into a mesenchymal stem cell treatment group and a reference treatment group; S3, treating viral infection patients in the natural control treatment group according to an original treatment scheme, and meanwhile, introducing the prepared mesenchymal stem cell preparation into the mesenchymal stem cell treatment group for combined treatment; and S4, respectively sampling and analyzing the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of the healed patient in the reference treatment group and the mesenchymal stem cell treatment group.
