Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of (1) tiling a culture medium on a seedbed and watering theculture medium thoroughly; (2) removing roots of virus-free tissue culture seedlings of potatoes, discarding the culture medium and cutting virus-free tissue culture seedlings into stem segments; (3)uniformly sowing the stem segments of the virus-free tissue culture seedlings of the potatoes on the seedbed; (4) carrying out water spraying fixation; (5) spraying a mixed liquid of 80-120 ppm naphthalene acetic acid and 10-20 ppm kinetin once; (6) covering the virus-free tissue culture seedlings of the potatoes with a transparent film for cultivation; (7) cultivating the virus-free tissue culture seedlings of the potatoes for a week, pouring a nutrient solution, uncovering the transparent film and continuing to cultivate the virus-free tissue culture seedlings; and (8) continuing to cultivate the virus-free tissue culture seedlings until the lengths of the seedlings are 8-9 cm, uprooting the virus-free tissue culture seedlings and performing field planting.
