Abstract

The invention relates to a laminated glass preparation method applied to an electric heating laminated glass manufacturing process, which comprises the following steps: (a) a first isolation layer, first screen cloth, a film, second screen cloth, a second isolation layer and a cover plate are sequentially laid on a substrate to form a bonding layer prefabricated product, and the radians of the substrate and the cover plate are consistent with the radian of product glass; (b) vacuum sealing is carried out on the bonding layer prefabricated product, cold vacuumizing and hot pressing are performed on the bonding layer prefabricated product, grains on the first screen cloth and the second screen cloth are formed on a glue sheet, and the thickness of the glue sheet is compressed to obtain a bonding layer; (c) the bonding layer is placed between the two layers of product glass, and the bonding layer is cut along the edge of the product glass, so that the edge of the bonding layer is alignedwith the edge of the product glass to form a laminated glass prefabricated product; and (d) the laminated glass prefabricated product is sealed in vacuum, and cold vacuumizing and hot pressing are carried out on the laminated glass prefabricated product. According to the invention, the thickness tolerance of the bonding layer can be ensured to meet the requirement, and the product disqualificationcaused by the appearance of the bonding layer can be reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to an electric heating glass, in particular to a method for preparing laminated glass applied in the electric heating laminated glass manufacturing process. Background technique [0002] Electric heating glass is made of multi-layer inorganic silicate glass after cutting, edging, hot bending, strengthening, coating and lamination with multi-layer organic layer. Considering the aerodynamic shape, inorganic silicate glass is usually designed with a curved surface, and is mainly installed symmetrically in the pressurized cabin of the aircraft, which can meet the lighting requirements of the cockpit. As a part of the aircraft structure, in addition to meeting the structural requirements of durability and fatigue life, It also meets the requirements of anti-bird strike performance and provides the driver with a sufficiently wide, clear and undistorted field of vision under any weather conditions to ensure the safety of the pi...
