The spinning equipmentcomprises a shifting fork structural part and a yarn guide motor, wherein the yarn guide motor drives the shifting fork structural part to operate. The motor rotating speed control method comprises the steps of: acquiring a reference linear speed of yarns in the spinning equipment operating in a preset direction, and determining a reference motor rotating speed of the shifting fork structural part at a preset position according to the reference linear speed; acquiring a real-time position angle between the shifting fork structural part and the preset position in the operation process; and controlling an output rotating speed of the yarn guide motor according to the reference motor rotating speed and the real-time position angle. By adopting the motor rotating speed control method, the output rotating speed of the yarn guide motor is controlled through the reference motor rotating speed and the real-time position angle at the preset position, thereby guaranteeing that yarn operates atthe reference linear speed in the operation process of the shifting fork structural part, avoiding uneven yarn density, and guaranteeing that the quality of the produced yarn is qualified.
