The ventilation system comprises an injection sleeve which is located at a position close to an exhaust port of a ram air exhaust pipeline of an air conditioning system of the aircraft, wraps a section of the ram air exhaust pipeline, and extends out ofthe surface of a skin of the aircraft, and an adjustable skin air inlet which leads to the air conditioning assembly cabin and is constructed to enable external air to flow into the air conditioning assembly cabin and at least partially flow to the injection sleeve. According to the ventilation system suitable for the air conditioning assembly cabin of the aircraft and the aircraft comprising thesame, the effective circulation area and the circulation amount of the ventilation system can be flexible, the ventilation function of the air conditioner assembly cabin is achieved, and the ventilation system has the advantages of being adjustable in flow, low in fuel oil compensation loss, light in weight and free of temperature rise on the ground.
