Problems solved by technology

[0002] Mountain tunnels are excavated in the mountain body. During the excavation process, unfavorable geological areas such as karst pillars / collapsed pillars will be encountered. Slightly improper treatment measures will cause gravel in the karst pillars / collapsed pillars to break into the tunnel. Bring various threats, and also pose a threat to the tunnel security during the operation period
The existing technology mainly uses grouting to strengthen the gravel in the karst area / collapsed column and increase the support strength of the tunnel. There are problems such as the grouting body is not firm, and the technical problem that the karst column / collapsed column is easy to collapse again in the later stage

Embodiment Construction

[0035] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0036] A tunnel construction method, comprising the following construction steps: S1, such as Figure 1-2 , detect the intersection position of the collapse column 2 and the tunnel 1 in advance, and the diameter of the collapse column at the intersection position; when the tunnel excavation is close to the collapse column, that is, at a distance ahead of the collapse column, the tunnel roof 3 is expanded to form the construction chamber 4;

[0037] S2, such as image 3 , in the construction chamber, construct the blast hole 5 toward the collapsed column 2, blast the complete rock mass around the collapsed column at a certain height above the tunnel to form an annular artificial blasting area 14, and the collapsed column after blasting is in the shape of a nail;

Abstract

The invention relates to a tunnel construction method. The method comprises the steps that a tunnel top plate is expanded at the position of a certain distance ahead of a collapse column to form a construction chamber; a complete rock mass around the collapse column at a certain height above a tunnel is blasted to form an annular artificial blasting area; horizontal drill holes are constructed from the construction chamber to the front side of the tunnel, and then pipe shed pipes are inserted into the horizontal drill holes; vertical drill holes are constructed from annular gaps among the pipeshed pipes to the above of the collapse column, and vertical grouting steel pipes are inserted into the vertical drill holes for grouting after construction; after grouting is finished, the verticalgrouting steel pipes and the pipe shed pipes are welded; a steel arch frame is erected; grouting is carried out on space between the steel arch frame and the pipe shed pipes until concrete is solidified; and a drainage hole is constructed from the construction chamber. The stability of a grouting reinforcement body formed by the collapse-column-passing construction method is higher than the stability of a reinforcement body in the prior art.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of tunnel construction, in particular to a construction method for tunnels passing through karst pillars / collapsed pillars. Background technique [0002] Mountain tunnels are excavated in the mountain body. During the excavation process, they will encounter unfavorable geological areas such as karst pillars / collapsed pillars. Slightly improper treatment measures will cause gravel in the karst pillars / collapsed pillars to break into the tunnel. It brings various threats, and also poses a threat to the tunnel security during the operation period. The existing technology mainly uses grouting to strengthen the gravel in the karst area / collapsed column and increase the support strength of the tunnel. There are problems such as the grouting body is not firm, and the technical problem that the karst column / collapsed column is easy to collapse again in the later stage.
