Abstract

The invention discloses a comprehensive optimization operation method for a power distribution network, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a high-dimensional random matrix, extracting asystem feature from the operation data of the power distribution network as the input of a model, taking a switching state as the output, training a stage 1 support vector machine, and recognizing thetopological structure of the current power distribution network; and training a support vector machine in the stage 2 by taking the extracted system characteristics and the switch state as input andtaking a reactive power control strategy as output, learning a nonlinear mapping relationship between the input and the output, and establishing a power distribution network comprehensive optimizationmodel based on a two-stage support vector machine combination decision. The method does not depend on the model and parameters of the power distribution network, is high in online decision-making speed and high in adaptability, can effectively cope with inaccuracy of the model and parameters of the power distribution network and uncertainty caused by DG large-scale grid connection, and provides anew way for optimization operation of the complex power distribution network.
