The invention relates to a
shunting operation plan optimization method for a railway freight
station, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining basic data of a target
station, importing the basic data into an improved Monte Carlo tree
search algorithm, and constructing a
decision tree; defining an action set, performing sub-node expansion on the
decision tree according to selection of
shunting actions in different
shunting operation states, and performing shunting operation
simulation on expanded leaf nodes to obtain a
simulation result; determining a shunting locomotive candidate
route set based on the
simulation result, and selecting a walking action conforming to a
nonlinear integer programming model in the shunting locomotive candidate
route set; and selecting a child node corresponding to an action meeting a preset condition from the walking action to perform next round of extension until a preset termination condition is reached, and obtaining an action sequence corresponding to an optimal path from a root node to a leaf node of the final
decision tree, namely a shunting operation plan. The improved Monte Carlo tree
search algorithm is adopted to solve the nonlinear optimization model, and shunting operation plan optimization is achieved.
